NON REFUNDABLE:

-Payment flexibility
-Change of dates and reservation holder subject to availability.
-The refund of the prepaid amount is not allowed
-In case of no show, the refund of the prepaid amount is not allowed.

* The deposit will be charged through the Paygold-Redsys payment gateway (a link will be sent to your phone and e-mail in which you make the payment yourself by entering your card details safely).

REFUNDABLE

July and August: free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. Penalty with less than 15 days: 50%

June and September: free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Penalty with less than 5 days: 50%

Rest of the yea r: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. Penalty with less than 2 days: 1 night.
