The main feature of Templo Sotogrande is the large interior patio featuring an elevated, white, gunite pool with direct sea views of Sotogrande beach and port.
The exterior of the house is decorated with traditional white lime plaster and terracotta bricks.
The entrance to each house can be accessed via lock boxes.
The kitchen is handcrafted and includes a sink, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The bathrooms have handcrafted showers with waterfall shower heads and marble countertop sinks. All toilets have a bidet shower and the countertop surfaces are made of ceramic porcelain.
Outside there is a large shared patio and gardens with ancient olive trees, direct sea views, and an 11x4 meter saltwater pool, sun loungers, vertical garden, and access to a rooftop terrace. Each house has a chill-out sofa, chairs, and a dining table for 6 people. All have direct sea views.
Additionally, Templo has a multipurpose space for socializing among different guests and families with a large 5x14 meter terrace overlooking the sea. It includes a handcrafted kitchen, two bathrooms, and a shared space for parties, yoga, meetings, cinema, or dining.
It is possible to rent the complex for exclusive use. Enjoy the whole of Templo (11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, pool, gardens and terraces) just for you, your family and friends - including a multipurpose space. Perfect for groups up to 8-24.
